Moonlit Rose didn’t begin as a grand business plan. It started quietly — at a table, often late at night, when the world felt still and soft. I’ve always been drawn to nature. Pressed flowers tucked inside books. The way light catches delicate petals. The kind of beauty that feels fleeting, but meaningful.

I didn’t want to just make jewellery. I wanted to preserve moments.

When I created my first real flower necklace, it felt different. It wasn’t just pretty — it told a story. It felt sentimental. Like something you’d keep for years and maybe one day pass down.

That’s what Moonlit Rose is about.

As a small business owner, I wear many hats — designer, maker, photographer, packer, customer service — often all in one day. There have been seasons of doubt, late nights wondering if I’m doing it “right,” and moments where sales felt slow and social media felt overwhelming. But there have also been the most beautiful messages from customers telling me a necklace reminded them of someone they love, or marked a special moment in their lives.

I'm also a new Mum to a baby girl, so that also comes with its challenges but also the best thing I've ever done!
