UK Delivery Costs and times -

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class (Untracked) - Free

  • Tracked 24 - £3.99

  • Special next day delivery (Next day aim) - £6.50

 

International Orders

Moonlit Rose Jewellery is a UK based business. Customers outside of the UK are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their parcel. Please note that in some cases delays can occur due to customs processes, this is something that is outside of our control. In this instance please contact the applicable authority to resolve.

 

International Shipping Costs - 

  • International Standard - £4.50

  • International Tracked - £10.50


International standard delivery times -   

  • Europe's delivery aim: 3-5 working days

  • Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days


Orders over £50 will receive free standard shipping. Orders over £100 will receive free tracked shipping!


FAQ's

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

For most items, your order will be processed within 3-5 working days. Custom order processing time will be arranged via email.

 

How will my item be packaged?

Every item will come in a dainty organza drawstring bag and each order is packaged in a strong box for protection. These boxes fit through the postbox, should you not be in to receive it. 

 

Do I have any proof that my order has been sent?

Please contact me if you would like to see proof of postage for any reason. All postage records are kept.
